All of our packages include downloadable high resolution digital images that you can print or share wherever you want! We do not limit the number of images you’ll receive. Most of our clients receive somewhere between 75 and 150 pictures in their online gallery, but sometimes it’s a lot more!
WHO IS THIS PACKAGE GOOD FOR?
This session will usually take place on the Foothills Parkway or the surrounding area.
The Foothills Parkway is a less crowded scenic drive filled with mountain overlooks. We’ve learned how to use these pullovers to our advantage. It may look like just a parking lot at first, but it’s been a great opportunity for sessions. It is especially good for people who have trouble walking long distances or simply don’t want to drive all the way to Cades Cove. We’ve also found it to be far less crowded which can save on travel time.
Your photographer will send you a pin the day before your session to work out the location details with you.
If you’re staying near Downtown Gatlinburg and don’t want to drive a long distance, this is the package for you. The historic Elkmont Ghost Town in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park is less than 10 miles from the Gatlinburg strip.
Although you don’t get the mountain views, Elkmont features restored early 1900s cabins, a stream with a bridge crossing it, plus stone walls and chimneys from the former cabins that once stood here.
Elkmont Fun Facts:
The town of Elkmont was established about 1907 as a base of operations for the Little River Lumber Company. Within years, the population of the town had exploded and Elkmont became the second-largest town in the county. The town had a post office, a schoolhouse, a hotel, a general goods store, a Baptist church, and a number of residences.
In 1910, the Little River Lumber Company sold 50 acres to the Appalachian Club–a social club comprised primarily of Knoxville businessmen. The club built a hotel and cottages for its members.
The Little River Railroad Company once ran between Elkmont and Townsend. Building the railroad between the two areas was dangerous. Rock had to be blasted. The railroad had many twists and turns.

03 Cades Cove
This 11-mile loop is the most visited section of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. With all of the diversity in landscape, it’s easy to see why! Cades Cove features streams, open fields with breathtaking views of the mountains, old cabins, primitive churches, and plenty of wildlife.
Our photographers know this area like the back of their hand. Plan to meet your photographer at the entrance to the loop. They will guide you to all of the best spots for your session.

04 ABRAMS FALLS
PLEASE BE PREPARED TO HIKE !
Abrams Falls is not for everyone. The hike is 4.2 miles and increases in elevation up to 1758 ft. The reward at the end is well worth it but it can be crowded. Consider beginning early in order to avoid crowds and as always wear appropriate footwear and leave no trace on the trail.
Please note that your photographer will not be shooting during the entire hike. They are instructed to conduct a normal photoshoot at the fall itself. We are not liable for any harm that could come to you on the trail. We recommend that you have some hiking experience when booking this package.
